Beginnings and Endings

Is it possible for us humans to meet at the beginning and end of everything, before the past began and after the future ends? Yes, indeed, it is! To do so, we pass through a wonderful awakening apocalypse, which means ‘revelation’, from Greek apokaluptein ‘to uncover’, from the prefix apo ‘from, away’ and kaluptra ‘veil’.

So apocalypse literally means ‘draw the veil away from’, revealing something hidden from the mass of humanity: what Heraclitus of Ephesus called the Hidden Harmony. This irrefutable principle indicates that opposites are never separate from each other, the key to World Peace. John of Patmos encapsulated this universal truth in the book of Revelation in the Bible with the statement, “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.”

Adopting a both-and approach to life leads to the realization that Consciousness is fundamental, quite different from what physicists consider to be the beginning of the universe: a big bang taking place some 13.8 billion years ago. In terms of cognition, the inseparable Alpha and Omega Points of evolution are also different from the starting point of mathematics, which Euclid considered as a set of postulates or self-evident truths in The Elements.

These axiomatic assumptions are fundamental to the materialistic, mechanistic paradigm that governs dysfunctional Western civilization today. So these delusions need to be swept away if we humans are to realize our fullest potential as a superintelligent, superconscious species, reborn in the radiantly beautiful Age of Light. It is in this exquisite space that we could meet in Love and Peace at the beginning and end of time in the Eternal Now.
